By accessing or using SolrMarket, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy in full.
2. Platform Description
SolrMarket provides an AI-powered marketplace connecting solar project owners ("Lead Providers") with solar installation companies ("Installers"). We do not install solar systems, provide engineering advice, or guarantee the quality of any installation work.
3. Lead Provider Terms
3.1 Submission
Lead submission is free. By submitting a lead, you consent to your information being shared with verified Installers who purchase access to your lead. Contact details are shared for a maximum of 7 calendar days from purchase date.
3.2 Data Accuracy
You warrant that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Fraudulent or misleading submissions may result in removal from the platform and legal action.
3.3 Digital Signature
Your typed signature constitutes a legally binding digital consent to the platform's terms and consent to data sharing as described.
4. Installer Terms
Installers are bound by the separate Installer Agreement. Key points: wallet credits are non-withdrawable, used for lead purchases only. 7-day refund window applies. All lead purchases are final after 7 days. Exclusive claims are binding and non-transferable.
5. Limitation of Liability
SolrMarket's liability to any party is limited to the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for: lost profits, consequential damages, installation failures, disputes between Lead Providers and Installers, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
SolrScore, SolrIntent, SolrVerify, SolrFit, SolrPotential, SolrProfile, and SolrMarket are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) under its Arbitration Rules.

1. Eligibility & Registration
To become an Installer on SolrMarket you must: be a registered business entity in your country of operation; hold applicable solar installation licences or certifications; pass our KYC verification process; operate in at least one of SolrMarket's 54 active countries.
2. Wallet System
2.1 Main Wallet
Holds real deposits. Never expires. Non-withdrawable — used exclusively for lead purchases on SolrMarket. In case of account termination for breach, unused Main Wallet balance is subject to the refund policy.
2.2 Bonus Wallet
Holds promotional credits from founding bonuses, recharge bonuses, cashback, referrals, and promotions. Each credit expires 90 days from its credit date. Bonus credits are subject to Activity Unlock stages (see Section 5). Non-withdrawable.
2.3 Bonus Deduction Rules
- Standard & Premium leads: Up to 50% of purchase may be deducted from Bonus Wallet
- Exclusive leads: Up to 25% of purchase may be deducted from Bonus Wallet
- Bargain Bin & Bundle purchases: 100% from Main Wallet only (0% bonus)
3. Founding Member Bonus
First 100 approved Installers receive a 25% bonus on their first recharge only. Maximum bonus: $100. One time per account. Auto-applied on approval email via unique invite code. Cannot be combined with any other first-recharge promotion.
4. 60-Day Recharge Bonus
All Installers during the first 60 days after approval receive 100% matching bonus on every Main Wallet recharge. Cap: $200 per recharge event; $500 total across all recharges in the 60-day period. Bonus credits expire 90 days from each credit date. This program may be modified or discontinued with 7 days notice.
5. Activity Unlock — Bonus Wallet
Bonus Wallet credits are released in 5 stages to prevent abuse:
- Stage 1: $50 unlocked immediately upon credit
- Stage 2: +$100 unlocked after first lead purchase
- Stage 3: +$150 unlocked after 3 total purchases
- Stage 4: +$100 unlocked after first confirmed "Contacted" status
- Stage 5: Remaining balance unlocked after 5 total purchases
All credits expire 90 days from credit date regardless of unlock status.
6. Lead Purchase
6.1 Exclusive Purchase
Exclusive is a purchase model — not a score tier. Any verified lead with SolrScore 6.0 or above is eligible for exclusive purchase. First installer to click "Claim Exclusive" permanently locks the lead. Exclusive purchase cannot be reversed or transferred.
6.2 Contact Obligation
Purchased leads must be contacted within 7 calendar days. We strongly recommend contact within 2 hours for best conversion rates and cashback eligibility. Failure to contact within 7 days forfeits cashback eligibility.
7. Cashback — 5%
5% of the lead purchase price is credited to your Bonus Wallet when both you and the Lead Provider confirm contact was made. Both parties must confirm within 7 days of purchase. Cashback expires 90 days from credit date. Subject to Activity Unlock stages.
8. Referral Program
Earn bonus wallet credits for verified referrals. Current rates are communicated via your installer dashboard and may be updated periodically. The following conditions apply:
- Lead Referral: Credits earned when a referred Lead Provider's lead is purchased
- Installer Referral: Credits earned when a referred Installer completes first purchase and clears the 7-day refund window
- Self-referral, circular referrals, and fraudulent referrals result in immediate account suspension
- Referral credits expire 90 days from credit date

9. Refund Policy
7-day refund window from purchase date. Refunds credited to wallet (not bank/mobile). Eligibility criteria: lead contact information found to be invalid after purchase and confirmed by SolrMarket support. Full details in the Refund Policy.
10. Anti-Abuse
SolrMarket actively monitors for: duplicate accounts, fake referrals, false contact confirmations, bulk purchases for resale, and any manipulation of the scoring or bonus systems. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.

- Lead contact details: Deleted 7 days after installer contact window closes
- Account data: Retained for duration of relationship + 7 years (legal compliance)
- Payment records: 7 years per tax regulations
5. Legal Basis & Applicable Law
We observe: Kenya Data Protection Act 2019; South Africa POPIA; Nigeria NDPA; EU GDPR (for EU-resident users); and the data protection legislation of all 54 African countries in which we operate. Processing is based on: contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and explicit consent (for marketing).

- The Installer has already confirmed contact with the lead

Data Processing Agreement

1. Definitions
- Data Controller: The Installer business entity that determines the purposes and means of processing lead data
- Data Processor: SolrMarket Ltd, which processes data on behalf of the Installer
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (lead provider)
- Processing: Any operation performed on personal data including collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion
2. Scope of Processing
SolrMarket processes lead provider personal data (name, contact details, property information, GPS coordinates) on behalf of purchasing Installers for the purpose of facilitating contact between Installers and solar project owners.
3. Data Processor Obligations
- Process personal data only for the purposes described in this DPA
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Not transfer personal data outside Africa without adequate safeguards
- Delete or return personal data on request or at end of the processing relationship
- Assist the Data Controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests
- Notify of any personal data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware
4. Data Controller Obligations
- Use lead personal data only for the purpose of contacting the lead regarding solar installation
- Not sell, transfer, or share lead data with any third party
- Delete lead contact data after the 7-day contact window closes
- Comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
- Notify SolrMarket of any data subject complaints or regulatory enquiries
5. Security Measures
SolrMarket implements: AES-256 encryption at rest; TLS 1.3 in transit; role-based access control; regular security audits; 90-day automatic deletion of bill data; audit logging of all data access.
6. Sub-processors
SolrMarket uses the following categories of sub-processors: cloud hosting (infrastructure), email delivery (transactional communications), SMS delivery (OTP verification), and payment processing. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
7. Applicable Law
This DPA is governed by the laws of Kenya. Each party also acknowledges their obligations under applicable data protection laws in their own jurisdiction including: Kenya DPA 2019, South Africa POPIA, Nigeria NDPA, Ghana DPA, GDPR (where applicable), and all 54 African national frameworks.
